Then what, could be triggering the brain neurons, I got it, it’s the Blurb.

What is a Blurb?

It is brief writing used in the advertising of a creative work.

The classic example include “absolutely thrilling” -used for a bestselling novel (I saw it on the Twitter).

The blurbs are generally needed to drum up interest in the creative work, hereby increasing sales and hunt for blurbs is a perennial quest for many artist, especially for those who are going to start afresh. (Reference from Wikipedia)

Blogs and Social Media Are Common Elements.

Blogs are quite common now-a-days. We often maintain our blog to present ourself as a passionate photographer or a writer. At times an enthusiast of any exciting thing on earth.

Social media is something instant, that makes people know what you’re thinking in a sudden moment out of the precious 1440 minutes in a day. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and lots more, they are not simply social networking sites but the medium to reap profits.

By blurb I can suggest that it is the most condensed, concise and compelling description for the writers, advertisers, description for the marketers. Yes, if you think to make your product say a book for instance to get a rapid acclamation among a large crowd then blurb posting are ideal for gathering quick review or comments.

They have given their comments and even after retweeting they encouraged discussion with their friends on the particular tweet. Many confirmed that they are going to join the meet and show their interest.

Just to check whether they are able to manipulate their blurbs are in every social media sites or not. And yes, look at every sites, they have the equal popularity.

When I entered their Facebook page, I saw a lot of share and saw the customer awareness, almost similar to their Twitter profile.

    Actually if you want to improve the traffic for your content then blurbs are really the best tools to do it. Blurb creates the suspense that the article, blog or e-books or any content that is yet to reveal. This will fascinate your readers and they will click the website or link to follow up the update in the next gig.

    Excellent post. I think that blurb are one of the best methods to attract visitors. It has been seen that only 20% users click on link and read the story while other 80% ignore it, So if you use a good title then there are chances that you will get traffic from facebook promotion or twitter !

    Lolzz. Firstly when I read out the title I seriously focused on blurb as I never heard this word before specially in case of tech updates, blogging etc.
