Now-a-days many full-time bloggers and marketers are spending most of their time online without giving much time to their personal life i.e. their parents, family, friends etc.. Sometimes it becomes very hard for them to understand that that they also have a personal life apart from their social (online) world.
Is it so hard to stay active with our personal life while enjoying the social life?
Is it OK if we don’t care about our personal life?
These are some questions that comes everyday in one’s brain but one takes them just for granted. One thinks that it’s not the right time to think about it.
Albert Einstein rightly said,
A day will come when human beings will be worse than robots and that day is not far away from us if everything will keep going like this.A day will come when you will meet your child via Video chat even if he is in the lawn. It’s not a joke but a thing to be thinked on.
There was a time when children used to argue with their parents to not interfere in their personal life but now they argue to not interfere in their social life. So now we are pretty confused about the word social and personal. Both seems to be equal to us. We think that everything that we do while working on the internet is real and we are trying hard to prove it as real.
Now a time has arrived when it’s important to understand the difference between social and real life and choose the best things out from them. I’m not telling that you’ve to leave your social life to enjoy the real life, but at least you’ve to keep it in a side for sometime and give time to your friends, colleagues and family.
I know that social sites are making good impacts as well, but just because of that we can’t forget our real life. If the same thing goes on and we don’t think about this today, then that day is not far when we will have a great fall and will loose all our senses, the way to talk and behave in-front of others.
This is a time to take some serious step!
This is a time when you should try to make some changes to your life!
You must be thinking that these are some sort of motivational lines only but how actually can we bring life to our real life?
How actually can we stop this?
What actions are to be taken and what changes are to be made?
These are some sort of really tough questions but one must face these and find answers to these. This post is just to add some drops in the well of hope. I know many of your problems because I’ve faced some same kind of problems. I’m also a victim of this. So I know how you feel. I also know what to do to get more out of our life because unlike before now I’m enjoying good time in my personal life. And I want to share those tips with you.
Today I’m going to share some tips on how to give more time to our real time:
Many people are making a passive income online and so it will not be easy for you to leave it and enjoy your personal life only. But the only thing you need is some personal engagement, some fun in real life and some good laughs.
Here are some of the tips that will keep you busy in your real life and will give you a complete dose of laughter and enjoyment so that you can live a sound and healthy life; so that you feel determined in the real world as well.
1. Get A Schedule:-
The perfect method to maintain time for social as well as personal life is to get a schedule. I used to work 18 hours online every day and used to use the rest time just for sleeping, and so I thought of getting a schedule so that I can maintain proportionality and get some time for my personal life. You can first make a schedule, get started from early morning and remove unnecessary time wasting works so that you can save a lot of time. Get a perfect schedule and paste it on a wall of your working room so that you become used to it.
2. Take Regular Break:-
Working regularly can get you in to many problems and so you must take breaks at regular intervals. You can do anything in breaks, like eating Snacks, getting yourself warmed up, drinking lots of water or just joining a family discussion. You may find all this strange but this really works.
3. Go For Outdoor Sports:-
Everyday you can give at least 2 hours to outdoor sports like Cricket, Cycling, Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho etc. These things regenerate a new Aura or say energy in your mind and body and increases your mental and physical abilities. You can also go for jogging in the morning or in the evening.
4. Read Books Daily:-
Reading books is a good habit. Books can teach you many new things about the present, the future and the past. Get some books of your favorite authors and try to read the paper copy of them apart from the digital one.
5. Go For Outing With Friends:-
If you really want to enjoy something than enjoy it with your friends. It has been rightly said that enjoying with friends can give you great pleasure. You will feel that you are in the seventh sky and no one is there to stop you. Plan some trips, go for dinners to McD, Restaurants and enjoy your time.
You can also go for bike rides or plan some trips on foot and organize picnics to get enough time to relax. Take part in healthy discussions with friends and debate on something or share what’s going in your life and tell them to share as well.
6. Go On a Date:-
I know it’s looking completely irrelevant from the topic or a completely waste thing to do, but believe me, this can be your best chance to keep the online world apart and give some focus to your real personal world.
7. Go on Family Vacations:-
If you have planned to spend time with all of your friends than why to leave your parents? Spend some time with your parents, your brother and sister and teach them good things and learn something from them too. Family vacations give moral support and a positive energy to your life.
8. Plan A No Internet Day:-
I bet you must have thought about planning a day out to visit the Wonder land or Disney land to have some fun. So do it now and enjoy A No Internet Day. You can make this day awesome and very special for you as this must be the the strangest thing you will be doing ever. Enjoy the day and throw a small party at night for webmasters or internet marketers or peoples like you to promote this no internet day. Get a cake having written the whole stuff, some hand written banners and candles too and cook yourself if you can, and just compare that day with the other days of your life and you will see a lot of difference. You will find happiness.
